SuYan (Nanjing) Medical Technology Co., Ltd. was established in July 2020 and is located at Building 3, No. 696 Sheng'an Avenue, Binjiang Development Zone, Jiangning District, Nanjing. The company specializes in the R&D, production, and sales of medical aesthetic products, including surgical sutures, puncture devices, mesotherapy injection instruments, and cosmetic thread processing equipment.
The company currently employs approximately 30 staff members and occupies a production area of about 2,000 square meters. This includes an 800-square-meter GMP-compliant Class 100,000 cleanroom and a 150-square-meter laboratory, of which 50 square meters are dedicated to Class 10,000 lab spaces (positive control room, aseptic room, and microbial limit testing room). The production facility is designed with segregated personnel and material flows to ensure an optimized layout. It is equipped with comprehensive production and inspection machinery, along with necessary auxiliary facilities.
The company holds three National Class II Medical Device Registration Certificates [see attachments: Non-absorbable Surgical Sutures, Non-absorbable Self-Sealing Surgical Sutures, and Disposable Embedding Suture Needles] and has three Class I Medical Device Production Filings [Three-Edged Needle, Micro-Needle, and Skin Prick Test Needle]. It has also obtained production licenses for the aforementioned medical devices.
In-house developed equipment includes: CNC automatic notching machines for cosmetic lifting threads, notch pressing machines, and mesotherapy needle assembly units.
Ongoing R&D projects focus on absorbable sutures—involving monomer synthesis, various polymerization methods, and melt extrusion processes for materials such as Poly-p-dioxanone (PDO), Polycap Polycaprolactone (PCL), and Poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA).
